Online CLE Policies (OnDemand, Webcasts, Webinars, Replays & Self-Study Audio Downloads)
Online seminars, webcasts, webinars, replays and self-study audio downloads must be purchased through our eLearning website: azbar.ce21.com.
Cancellations for webcasts, webinars, or replays must be made in writing and emailed to registrations@staff.azbar.org (in the subject line, include the word "Cancel"). Cancellations for webcasts, webinars and replays must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the seminar. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to a webcast. Approved refunds will be in the amount of the seminar fee paid, minus a $25 administrative fee. If you are unable to view the program at the scheduled date & time, you will have six months to view the archived program. Transfers from an in-person seminar to the webcast may be made up until the start of the program
CLE OnDemand or Audio Self-Study programs may be cancelled only if the program has not been accessed. Approved cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Registration for CLE OnDemand (Online CLE), CLE Webcasts, webinars, replays and audio or video self-study grants access only to the registered attendee. Registrants may not share audio, video, log-in information, course materials, or online access without prior approval from the State Bar of Arizona.
To receive MCLE credit for OnDemand seminars, CLE Webcasts, webinars, or replays registrants must complete the entire program. No partial credit will be given.
For certain webinar programs, the State Bar of Arizona may use a platform or format that allows attendees to appear by video and/or participate by audio. When this type of participation is enabled, the State Bar will provide notice to registrants.
By participating in such a program, attendees grant the State Bar of Arizona permission to capture and use their video, audio, comments, or other participation as part of any recording of the program or related activities, without compensation.
In-Person Seminar Policies
Advanced registrations, with payment, must be made at least 48 hours prior to the program date. Registration may still be available online or by telephone up to the start of the program; however, later-registration pricing may apply. Payment must be made in advance or at seminar check-in.
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to registrations@staff.azbar.org (in the subject line, include the word "Cancel"). Unless otherwise stated, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the seminar. Registrant may choose to receive (1) a voucher in the amount of 100% of the seminar fee paid, good for six months, at most upcoming State Bar of Arizona CLE seminars or OnDemand seminars OR (2) a refund of the seminar fee paid, minus a $25 administrative fee.
If the program is being recorded, registrant may choose to transfer to the archived version (webcast or OnDemand) at no charge. Transfers from in-person seminar to the webcast may be made up until the start of the program.
No refunds or vouchers will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the seminar.
At-the-door registrations will be accepted if space is available. If the program is at capacity, walk-in registrants may wait to see whether space becomes available due to registered attendees who do not attend. Admission is not guaranteed.

By registering for a live program, attendees grant permission to the State Bar of Arizona to use photographs, video recording, audio recordings, or any other record of general participation in this event or related activities, for their legitimate purpose, and without remuneration.
General Policies
Law Student – A law student is someone currently enrolled in a juris doctorate (J.D.) law program or graduated in the past 6 months from law school and is not admitted to practice law in any jurisdiction. Proof may be required.
New Member – Any legal professional who was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona within two years of the registration date.
Judge – Full-time judges at courts of record who pay the judicial State Bar fee rate. This does not include pro tem judges, administrative law judges and Justices of the Peace.
Legal/Court Staff – Any law office staff or court employee, not a member of the State Bar of Arizona, at the time of registration. Proof of employment may be required.
Retired – To qualify for the discounted retired rate, the member must either have been 70 and over as of December 31, 2008, or have membership status of “Retired” in the State Bar of Arizona records on the date of registration.
Registration may be denied for any reason.
Government registrations should be accompanied by a copy of the purchase order or warrant initiating the payment process. If registering by phone, the purchase order or warrant must be provided at the seminar.
