    2024 Update to Arizona Probate Code Practice Manual, 6th Ed. 2022

    Extensive revisions throughout the manual incorporate the new restyled Probate Rules that became effective January 1, 2020. Also included is information regarding the use of electronic wills and a new chapter addressing the adoption of the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act. Forms were extensively revised and annotated. The two-volume manual is accompanied with a Forms CD.

    2024 Update to Arizona Appellate Handbook 2.0 (2020)

    The Arizona Appellate Handbook 2.0 has been revised and improved based on a survey of members conducted over four years ago. ​ It now follows a "hub and spoke" approach, with Volume One covering general appeal issues and specific types of appeals (civil, criminal, family, juvenile, workers’ compensation/Industrial Commission, and election appeals), while Volume Two addresses forms of review outside the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. ​ The digital version includes searchable text, hyperlinks to case law and statutes, model forms, and appendices for user convenience. ​
    In the 2024 chapter revisions, various chapters related to filing appeals, oral arguments, civil, criminal, juvenile, administrative hearings, justice court civil appeals, and Department of Economic Security reviews have been updated.
