    Careers at the State Bar

    SBA offers its full-time team members a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation leave, paid sick leave and 11 paid holidays.  A choice of two (2) high deductible health plans at no cost to the team member, including employer funding to a health savings account or health reimbursement account, are offered to team members.  Other benefits paid for by SBA include dental insurance, vision insurance, group term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, long term disability insurance and paid covered parking.   Team members are responsible for the cost for other voluntary benefits that include short-term disability, long-term care  insurance, flexible spending accounts (health care and dependent care).  SBA supports Maricopa County's initiatives to improve the air quality in the Phoenix metro area by offering employee incentives and awards through our Trip Reduction Plan.  Designed to improve team members' health, SBA has an active Wellness team that promotes health lifestyles and offers incentives for those that participate. To help team members prepare for their retirement, SBA has a generous 401(k) employer match and discretionary contributions plan.
