The State Bar negotiated rates of $240 per night for single/ double occupancy rooms. Additional charge of $10 per night for each additional occupant.
Rooms also subject to an additional $25 charge per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax, that will be posted to all guest rooms to cover the following items, services and/or amenities (which are subject to change without notice): basic Wi-Fi internet access in the guestrooms and lobby, for up to two devices; Access to the Sedona Athletic Club for up to two guests, including unlimited daily exercise classes; 1-hr Pickleball Court use with paddles; Daily eforea spa access, including 15% discount on signature eforea spa services for up to two services; 10% discount on golf shop merchandise at the Sedona Golf Resort, including one-time putting green access with putter and balls; Unlimited local and 800 telephone access; Use of guest laundry facilities.
Overnight Parking: There will be a $5 charge plus tax per car, per day (subject to change) to all registered guests with a vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to the CLE department at (602) 271-4930 or email registrations@staff.azbar.org and include the word “Cancel” in the subject line. Cancellations must be submitted by 11:59 pm on September 8, 2025. You may choose to receive (1) a voucher in the amount of 100% of the seminar fee paid, good at most upcoming State Bar of Arizona CLE seminars; OR (2) a refund of the seminar fee paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Note: No refunds or vouchers will be given for cancellations made after 11:59 PM on September 8, 2025.
Last-minute registrations will only be accepted by telephone up until 48 hours prior to the program.
