Roberta L. Tepper, Director

Roberta Tepper advises attorneys on all aspects of practice management, administers the Bar's Mentor and Member Assistance Programs, and supervises the team providing administrative support to Sections.  A graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law, Ms. Tepper is admitted to practice in Arizona, North Carolina (inactive) and Delaware (inactive).    Ms. Tepper has been with the State Bar of Arizona since 2004, initially as Bar Counsel and then Senior Bar Counsel in the Lawyer Regulation Office.  Ms. Tepper's career has included service as an Assistant District Attorney in North Carolina and in court administration at the Superior Court of Delaware.  She is involved with of a number of Bar committees including the Technology, CLE and Convention Committees and regularly serves as faculty topics including law practice management, ethics and technology.  Ms. Tepper's work identifying problems and challenges faced by lawyers in Arizona in the regulatory context led her to seek the opportunity to assist lawyers through the Lawyer Assistance Programs.  She assumed the position of Lawyer Assistance Programs Director in September 2013.  



Reid Potter, Practice Management Advisor/Attorney

Reid Potter assists lawyers with questions about starting and running a law firm, developing a law practice, using technology, and trust account management.  Mr. Potter left the private practice of law to join the staff of Practice 2.0 in August 2019.  He also previously taught at Arizona Summit Law School.
