Attorney Greg Clark of Phoenix Reinstated to the Practice of Law
PHOENIX – June 1, 2017 – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court ordered that Greg Clark of Phoenix be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.
Clark has been reinstated to the active practice of law after serving a 60-day suspension that resulted from misconduct in three separate counts while representing clients during their criminal matters.
He will serve a two-year probation period and is required to participate in the Bar's Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP). In addition, Clark shall file the necessary applications to participate in the State Bar's Fee Arbitration Program and comply with any award in a timely manner.
Greg Clark's reinstatement was effective May 19, 2017.
