Conference registration is separate from hotel accommodations. You can reserve your room by calling 1.800.352.4386 and ask for State Bar of Arizona Workers' Comp room block. You can also reserve a room online by clicking here. You MUST mention you are with the State Bar group to secure the group rate discount. Group rate discount ends Tuesday, September 11, 2018 or when the room block is full, whichever comes first.
The State Bar negotiated rates of $130 for a single/double, and $130 for single/double suite. There is a $10 fee for each additional guest.
MCLE and Specialization Credit:
This seminar may qualify for up to 15 hours MCLE including 3 hours Ethics. May qualify for 15 hours Workers' Compensation Specialization, and 3 hours Injury/Wrongful Death Specialization.

5 hours MCLE, of which 2.0 hours may qualify for Workers' Compensation Specialization and 3.0 hours may qualify for ethics.
Thursday, October 4, 2018
7.0 hours MCLE, of which 7.0 hours may qualify for Workers' Compensation Specialization and 1.0 hour may qualify for Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Specialization.
Friday, October 5, 2018
3.0 hours MCLE, of which 3.0 hours may qualify for Workers' Compensation Specialization and 2.0 hours may qualify for Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Specialization.
