The success of State Bar of Arizona CLE programming depends entirely on our volunteer seminar chairs and faculty. The AZCLE® Volunteer of the Month program is an opportunity for State Bar's CLE Department to recognize the hard work and dedication of our generous volunteers.


VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH - March 2019

Amanda -Salvione -small

Amanda Salvione, Greenspoon Marder LLP

Ms. Amanda Salvione is an associate with Greenspoon Marder’s Corporate Practice Group. Amanda’s practice focuses on company acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, private equity transactions and commercial real estate transactions. She also represents small and mid-size companies in general day to day business matters, with a high concentration of clients in both the cannabis and financial technologies sectors. She currently serves as YLD President-Elect, Chair of the State Bar Real Property Law Section, Member at Large of the State Bar Business Law Section, and Secretary for the Sandra Day O’Connor Arizona Inn of Court. Amanda enjoys facilitating and promoting quality CLE programs and networking events through the various State Bar Sections she’s involved with. She has even helped with planning and presenting for the Real Property Section’s State Bar Convention program for over 5 years and has presented multiple times for the State Bar CLE Division.
