This program is co-sponsored by the Intellectual Property Law Section

Join us at the Desert Botanical Garden for our fifth annual CLE in the Garden. This six-hour seminar (including two hours of IP-focused ethics) will feature a mock witness preparation and trial on issues related to patent law. We will then have break-out sessions covering intellectual property topics for litigation, IP prosecution, and transactional attorneys. The program will include practice tips, a look into the UDRP process, and an ethics session by a member of the AZ State Bar. Registration includes breakfast and lunch and access to the gardens. A free social for IP Section Members will follow the program.

The conference will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Desert Botanical Garden.
