Sole Practitioner and Small Firm
Mission
The general purpose of this section shall be the promotion of
the objects of the State Bar of Arizona within the practice of law
by sole practitioners and members of small firms. To that end, it
shall be the purposes of this section to educate, assist, counsel,
advance and promote those attorneys of the State Bar of Arizona who
choose to practice law singly and solely by themselves, or in small
firms. A small firm is a law firm that does not have more than
three attorneys.
