Technology
Mission
The Technology Committee of the State Bar of Arizona is a
Standing Committee of the Bar, and is formed for the purpose of
addressing the challenges and opportunities arising from the ever
increasing affects of technology on the practice of law. In
this role the Committee is charged with the following:
- assessing the impact of technology on the practice of law in
all areas;
- developing and recommending policies and initiatives to the
Board of Governors based on the assessment of that impact;
- serving as a sounding board for State Bar programs and
activities relating to technology; and
- acting as the State Bar's primary body for the consideration of
all technology issues affecting the practice of law and the members
of the Bar.
