In-House Counsel Committee

Mission

The In-House Counsel Committee of the State Bar of Arizona ("the Committee") will identify, investigate, and research unique issues with respect to registration, education, and representation related to lawyers who practice in corporate law departments in the State of Arizona, either as Registered In-House Counsel or as admitted attorneys, and advise and assist the State Bar of Arizona regarding lawyers who practice in corporate law departments.  The Committee will also plan and implement educational programs for State Bar members on business, legal, and ethical issues relevant to the "in-house" practice, and provide for member networking and information sharing.
