Conflict Case Committee

Mission

The charge of this Committee is to timely process, investigate and prosecute all aspects of disciplinary cases involving a member of the State Bar's Board of Governors, State Bar staff, or other conflicts as identified.  Although the Committee consists of 11 members, each member works independently on the matter(s) to which he/she is assigned.
