The Modest Means Project is a partnership
program from the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services &
Education and the State Bar of Arizona. The Project provides
low-cost legal assistance to individuals who do not qualify for
free legal services, but cannot afford the expertise of attorneys
at the standard rate.

fortunate, the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Southern Arizona Legal
Aid matches attorneys who wish to do pro bono work with
low-income clients in need of civil legal assistance.
The Volunteer Lawyers Program (VLP) arranges
and supports a wide range of opportunities for attorneys to have
rewarding experiences assisting people with low incomes.

The State Bar of Arizona has 28 sections organized around specific areas of
law and practice. Sections sponsor conferences, section educational
programs, publish newsletters and consumer brochures, monitor
legislation, as well as make recommendations to the State Bar
Board of Governors.
