Tracy L. Ward, Practice Management Advisor
As a Practice Management Advisor, Tracy advises member attorneys on proper trust account maintenance and other issues relating to the business of practicing law. In addition to her office management experience, she has worked for 10+ years in a small general practice law firm as well as with a legal recruiter. Tracy travels throughout Arizona to help attorneys and their staff members with law practice management and legal specific software. Mrs. Ward received her bachelor of social sork degree from Arizona State University West.

Cathy A. McNeelege, Administrative Assistant for the Lawyer Assistance Programs (LOMAP and MAP) of the State Bar of Arizona, provides all of the administrative support for LOMAP's two Practice Management Advisors and the MAP Director. Cathy worked for Legal Services in Pennsylvania for 10 years, private law firms, and maintained her own business providing legal support to law firms before moving to Arizona.  In 1998, Cathy began working for the Bar's Lawyer Regulation Department working as legal secretary to chief bar counsel and general counsel, as well as serving as supervising legal secretary. Cathy has a degree in court reporting and a bachelor of arts degree in English from Kent State University.
