PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
- 5% discount for payment in full within 30 days of
assessment.
- 25% due before assessment or other services are
conducted. Balance may be paid in quarterly or monthly
installments.
- Services may be charged to MasterCard, VISA, American Express,
or Discover.
