Tucson Attorney Richard M. Wintory Reinstated After Completing Suspension
PHOENIX – June 20, 2014 – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that Richard M. Wintory of Tucson be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.
Wintory has been reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after serving a 90-day suspension that resulted from misconduct that was resolved by a consent agreement between him and the Bar.
The reinstatement was effective, June 13, 2014.
