Mesa Attorney Rodney M. Matheson Disbarred for Misappropriating Client Funds

PHOENIX – Nov. 25, 2013 – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court issued an order disbarring Rodney M. Matheson of Mesa on Sept. 10, 2013.

Rodney M. Matheson was disbarred after signing a consent agreement with the State Bar of Arizona, which stemmed from the allegation that he misappropriated client funds.   

Matheson agreed to sign the consent for disbarment, acknowledging he would not contest or defend the charges against him.  After considering the consent agreement, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge issued his final judgment and order, declaring Matheson’s disbarment.
