Gilbert Attorney Reinstated After Completing Suspension

PHOENIX – May 9, 2013 – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that Thomas A. Walcott of Gilbert be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Thomas A. Walcott has been reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after serving a 30-day suspension that resulted from misconduct that was resolved by a consent agreement between him and the Bar.

The reinstatement was effective, April 29, 2013.
