Chandler Attorney Raymond L. Miller Disbarred for Misappropriating Client Funds

PHOENIX – May 28, 2013 – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court issued an order disbarring Raymond L. Miller of Chandler on April 17, 2013.

Raymond L. Miller has been disbarred after signing a consent agreement with the State Bar of Arizona, which stemmed from his misappropriation of client funds.

Miller agreed to sign the consent for disbarment, acknowledging he would not contest or defend the charges against him.  After considering the consent agreement, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge issued his final judgment and order, declaring Miller’s disbarment.

The disbarment follows an interim suspension ordered January 18, 2013.

Raymond L. Miller's disbarment was effective on April 17, 2013. He was ordered to pay $60,248.21 to three clients, as well as $2,274.80 to the State Bar of Arizona for all costs and expenses associated with the disciplinary proceedings.
