Thomas M. Corea Disbarred from State Bar of Arizona
PHOENIX – March 12, 2013 – The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has issued an order disbarring Thomas M. Corea of Dallas, Texas. The order is a result of reciprocal discipline being imposed.
Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 57(b), the Presiding Disciplinary Judge will generally impose identical or substantially similar discipline on a lawyer disciplined in another jurisdiction. Corea was disbarred in Texas for theft of client funds. The discipline imposed in Texas is the basis for the order disbarring him in Arizona.
Thomas M. Corea's disbarment in Arizona was effective on Jan. 31, 2013.
