Tucson Attorney Reinstated After Completing Suspension
PHOENIX - Sept. 12, 2012 - The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that Jay K. Powell of Tucson be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.
Jay K. Powell has been reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after serving a 60-day suspension that resulted from a consent agreement between him and the Bar. He will serve a two-year probation period and undergo a Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) and Member Assistance Program (MAP) evaluation.
The reinstatement was effective, Sept. 5, 2012.
