Scottsdale Attorney Reinstated After Completing Suspension
PHOENIX - June 4, 2012 - The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that Donald G. Yearin be reinstated as active members of the State Bar of Arizona.
Donald Yearin has been reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after serving a 30-day suspension.
Yearin will serve a two-year probation period and must undergo a comprehensive Member Assistance Program (MAP) assessment as well as submit to a random urinalysis to monitor compliance with his medication regimen. The MAP director may add additional terms, if appropriate, and has the discretion to reduce his probation to one year.
The reinstatement was effective June 4, 2012.
