Phoenix Attorney Reinstated After Completing Suspension

PHOENIX - May 23, 2012 - The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that Garvey M. Biggers be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge ordered that Garvey M. Biggers be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after serving a six-month suspension.

Biggers will serve a one-year probation period where he will have to attend a half-day Trust Account Ethics Enhancement Program (TAEEP) and submit to a Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) examination of his office procedures, in addition to general probation requirements. The reinstatement was effective May 8, 2012.
