Four Attorneys Reinstated After Completing Suspensions

PHOENIX- Feb. 27, 2012 - The Arizona Supreme Court has ordered that Mark K. Briggs, Edward D. Fitzhugh, Peter Strojnik, and Michael A. Urbano be reinstated as active members of the State Bar of Arizona.

In the matter of Mark K. Briggs, the Supreme Court has ordered that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after serving a six month and one day suspension. Briggs must serve a two-year probation period that includes an assessment and recommendation by the Director of the Law Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) of the State Bar. The reinstatement was effective Jan. 11, 2012.

In the matter of Edward D. Fitzhugh, the Supreme Court ordered that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after satisfactorily completing a two-month suspension. The reinstatement was effective Jan. 26, 2012.

In the matter of Peter Stojnik, the Supreme Court ordered that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after being suspended for 30 days. The reinstatement was effective Jan. 3, 2012.

In the matter of Michael A. Urbano, the Supreme Court has ordered that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of Arizona after completing a six-month suspension for violating various Rules of Professional Conduct. The reinstatement was effective Feb. 1, 2012.
