Governor Jan Brewer Announces Judicial Vacancy in Yuma County
PHOENIX - Dec. 12, 2011 - Governor Jan
Brewer today announced she is currently accepting applications for
a vacant judicial position on the Yuma County Superior Court. The
vacancy was created due to the Governor's appointment of Judge
Andrew Gould to the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on January 9, 2012.
The list of candidates will be released soon thereafter. Public
comment regarding applicants will be accepted until January 23,
2012. A copy of the application and instructions for applying can
be downloaded at www.azgovernor.gov.
