Governor Brewer Announces Judicial Vacancy in Navajo County

PHOENIX - Governor Jan Brewer today announced she is accepting applications for a soon-to-be vacant judicial position on the Navajo County Superior Court.  The appointee will replace Judge Carolyn C. Holliday, who announced her retirement effective December 31, 2011.

Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on November 4, 2011. The list of applicants will be announced soon thereafter. Public comment regarding these candidates will be accepted until November 25, 2011. A copy of the application and instructions for applying can be downloaded at www.azgovernor.gov.
