Attorneys Reinstated After Completing Suspensions
PHOENIX- Sept. 1, 2011 - The Arizona Supreme
Court has ordered that Michael P. Kennedy and Matthew S. Schultz be
reinstated as active members of the State Bar of Arizona.
In the matter of Michael P. Kennedy of Las Vegas, NV, the
Supreme Court has ordered that he be reinstated as an active member
of the State Bar of Arizona after being suspended for failing to
pay dues. The reinstatement was effective June 15, 2011.
In the matter of Matthew S. Schultz, the Supreme Court ordered
that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of
Arizona after satisfactorily completing a 90-day suspension for
conduct violating his duties and obligations as a lawyer. The
reinstatement was effective July 1, 2011.
