Attorneys Reinstated After Completing Suspensions
PHOENIX- May 4, 2011 - The Arizona Supreme
Court has ordered that Tim D. Coker, Hector A. Montoya and Craig S.
Walkon be reinstated as active members of the State Bar of
Arizona.
In the matter of Tim D. Coker, the Supreme Court has ordered
that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of
Arizona after serving a one-year suspension. The reinstatement was
effective March 15, 2011.
In the matter of Hector A. Montoya, the Supreme Court ordered
that he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of
Arizona after satisfactorily completing a 30-day suspension. The
reinstatement was effective March 31, 2011.

In the matter of Craig S. Walkon, the Supreme Court ordered that
he be reinstated as an active member of the State Bar of after
being suspended for non-payment of membership dues. The
reinstatement was effective March 15, 2011.
