Attorneys From Across the State Volunteer in
Law Day 2011: Bringing iCivics to Life

The Arizona Supreme Court, the Arizona Foundation for Legal
Services & Education, and the State Bar of Arizona came
together to celebrate Law Day 2011: Bringing iCivics to Life. The
state-wide event engaged students from more than 35 schools in an
in-class debate that was facilitated by more than 75
volunteers from the legal profession, including members of the
Bar.
US Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor (Ret.) and Supreme
Court Chief Justice Berch taught the lesson to students from Desert
Foothills Middle School in celebration of Law Day 2011.
