Phoenix Lawyer Aids Gitmo Suspect - For Free

About two years ago at the U.S. Navy prison in Guantanamo, Cuba,
a Muslim terrorism suspect met a Jewish lawyer from Arizona.
The detainee, an African named Noor Uthman Muhammed, was accused
of helping to run a jihadist camp in Afghanistan that trained at
least one of the 9/11 conspirators.
The attorney, Howard Cabot, was a recipient of the Jewish
National Fund's Tree of Life Award for support of American-Israeli
friendship. The two men, together at the controversial U.S.
detention center for terrorism suspects, could not have been more
different.
