Q: I haven’t received my 2015 Annual Fee Statement; can I download a paper/hardcopy?
A: If you need a paper copy of your statement, you may quickly complete and print a copy online. Simply go to www.azbar.org/Fees; log in, and walk through the steps. Once completed, you’ll have the opportunity to pay online or print your statement to mail with a paper check.
Q: When is the deadline for membership dues?
A: Dues payments are due “on or before” February 2, 2015 in order to avoid late penalties.
Q: Can I get some technical help if I need it?
A: Absolutely. Call the Resource Center at 602.340.7239 during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Q: Do I need to login into my Azbar account to pay my dues?
A: Simply go to www.azbar.org/Fees for our quick and easy log in process.
Q: What takes place if I resign or don’t pay my dues?
A: If you choose not to pay your dues, you may be subject to summary suspension for non-payment. If you resign your membership, you will no longer be required to pay dues, however, you must reinstate your membership within five (5) years of your resignation or you may be subject to re-take for the Bar Exam.
Q: If I mail my check what address do I send it to and whom do I make my check payable to?
A: Please mail your check to PO Box 53099; Phoenix, AZ 85072-3099.

Q: Does the Bar allow payments?
A: The Bar does accept partial payments. Full payment of dues is required “on or before” February 2, 2015 to avoid penalties.
Q: Do you have a lower rate for government attorneys?
A: The Bar does not provide alternative payment structures for government employees.
Q: Am I required to fill out the Pro Bono portion of the dues statement?
A: No, this is strictly voluntary. The information is only used in the aggregate.

Q: Do I need to mail a hard copy if I have already submitted my statement and payment online?
A: No. We need only one copy of your dues statement and payment. If you process your dues online, we do not require a hard copy. If a second statement is sent, we may inadvertently process a second payment.
Q: Can I pay my dues over the phone?
A: For security purposes, please make your secure payment online. Using this service provides you security and immediate confirmation.
