Q: Can a lawyer assist a non-lawyer in collecting a fee for services the lawyer believes constitutes the unauthorized practice of law?

A: No, as doing so would be assisting the unauthorized practice of law in violation of ER 5.5. Read Ariz. Op. 03-03.
