CLE Tracking, Yearly Affidavit Filing, and Forms

CLE tracking and the MCLE affidavit filing are two separate programs.  CLE tracking is a tool that the State Bar offers to members to assist you in tracking your CLE information.  For your convenience, CLE that is provided by the State Bar is already entered on your behalf.  Entering information on your CLE tracking does not replace the Rule 45 affidavit that must be filed with the State Bar of Arizona by September 15 of every year.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have a pop-up blocker on your computer, the online functions may not perform correctly.  Often you may disable a pop-up blocker by holding one of the following two buttons down while clicking on the options:  Ctrl  or  Shift.  You may have to consult your computer manual or other resources to disable your pop-up blocker.
