William M. Fischbach, III, Tiffany & Bosco, PA
William Fischbach served as a Judge Advocate (“JAG”) in the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge in 2008 at the rank of Major. Calling on his experience serving in the 101st Airborne Division, the 82nd Airborne Division, and U.S. Army Headquarters in Washington, D.C., Will chaired and presented two recent programs: The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act in January 2014, and Basic Principles of the Law of Armed Conflict and Standing Principles of Engagement for the United States Armed Forces in April 2013.
WILLIAM M. FISCHBACH, III is an experienced trial attorney, having litigated 17 jury trials, over 100 bench trials, and dozens of appeals before federal and state courts. Will concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis in real estate, shopping centers, eminent domain, and tax lien foreclosures, as well as catastrophic personal injury and automotive law. He regularly teaches continuing legal education classes on the subject of commercial landlord/tenant law and the application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
Will is actively engaged in the Phoenix community and serves currently on the Board of Directors of the Goodwill of Central Arizona, the Board of Directors of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Valley Young Professionals, and the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Emerging Leaders Group.
Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Will served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps with the 101st Airborne Division, the 82nd Airborne Division, and U.S. Army Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Will completed tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Korea, and was honorably discharged in 2008 at the rank of Major.
In his free time, Will enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and competing in triathlons and other endurance sports with his wife.
