Join us at the Desert Botanical Gardens for our fourth annual CLE in the Gardens. This six-hour seminar (including two hours of IP-focused ethics) will feature a mock client meeting between outside counsel and the general counsel of a new start-up and break-out sessions for litigation, IP prosecution and transactions. The program will include practice tips, a look into the ADR process as it relates to intellectual property, and two of Arizona’s leading ethics experts. Registration includes breakfast and lunch and access to the gardens. A free social for IP Section Members will follow the program.

The conference will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at Desert Botanical Garden.
