This program is co-sponsored by the Intellectual Property Law Section
Join us at the Desert Botanical Garden for our fourth annual CLE in the Garden. This six-hour seminar (including two hours of IP-focused ethics) will feature two mock client meetings between outside counsel and general counsel and break-out sessions for litigation, IP prosecution and transactions. The program will include practice tips, a look into the ADR process as it relates to intellectual property, and two of Arizona’s leading ethics lawyers. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and access to the garden. A hosted happy hour for IP Section Members will follow the program.
The conference will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Desert Botanical Garden.
