Whitney Cunningham

 

Whitney Cunningham is a partner in the law firm of Cunningham Mott PC, which he formed with his wife and law partner, Jennifer Mott in 2005.  He began his legal career at the law firm of Aspey, Watkins & Diesel, PLLC in 1993, where he worked until 2005.  He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University, and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.  While at Georgetown, he served as Editor-in-Chief of The Georgetown Law Journal, and following graduation he served as law clerk to the Hon. George H. Revercomb, Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.  He has served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona since 2002.  He is the board’s sole elected representative for Apache, Coconino, Mohave and Navajo counties.
